'Impressionist' Shiraz 2018 Half/Dozen

"The cows are waiting for the spent Shiraz skins again Spence".
"Won't they get drunk?"
"Nah, how's the Shiraz?"
"Looks like melted lipstick in a glass, heaps of black fruit and light spice flavour".
"Ok, bung up the barrels and put it to sleep".
 
We made this wine full-bodied, with rich texture and layers of silken tannins. Stewed plums and tabacco combine intensity with finesse on the nose.  It comes in at 15.2% alcohol so stoke the fire and strap in.
